For more than twenty-five years, attorney Russ Plath has assisted the disabled and injured on issues of workers' comp and personal injury. He directs the focus of his work to Montana, where he has lived since birth. His goal is to always provide compassionate and expert legal service to reach a realistic outcome for all parties.
With his lively character and decades of experience, Russ is able to apply both professionalism and a little humanity to the legal world.
Russ is a member of the Montana Trial Lawyers Association and is recognized by the Top Attorneys of North America.
Hayley Kemmick joined RPL as an associate in April of 2015 after working for Russ as a legal assistant since September 2013. She is a Billings native who graduated from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago with a certificate in public interest law in 2014.
Hayley received her undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Montana in 2007 and was admitted to the Montana State Bar spring 2015.
Monika graduated Cum Laude from Clemson University with her BA in English in 1996. In 2004, she earned a Master’s Paralegal Certificate from the University of California, San Diego. Since then, Monika has lived in several states and worked in a variety of law areas including divorce and business mediation, intellectual property, and bankruptcy. She joined Plath Kemmick Law in March 2020. Monika has lived in Montana since 2009 with her three lovely children and one charming husband. In her spare time, she enjoys going to concerts, and hiking with her dog, Hazel.
